1. Operator and agreement
Consulting Pedia is operated by Social Eye, registered in Pakistan, with its business address at B1, Plot No. 81-B SMCHS. Contact us at info@consultingpedia.com or +1 (813) 551-3041.
These Terms & Conditions apply to use of consultingpedia.com and its digital listing and membership plans. By using the platform or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the paid service.
2. Digital products and access
Paid plans provide online directory listings and account access. They do not include professional consulting, managed marketing campaigns, recruitment agency services or other offline work by our team. Public news and directory browsing remain available without a paid membership.
Company Listing and Consultant Listing each cost US$999 per year. Membership costs US$2,000 per year. Regional & Global plans have custom pricing agreed in writing before purchase. The selected plan, included online features, access period and any applicable taxes must be specified in the order before payment.
Membership features may include profile management, online content submission and job or event posting tools, according to the selected plan. Submissions remain subject to moderation. Purchasing a plan does not guarantee a particular ranking, endorsement, article publication, search position, leads, clients or employment.
3. Orders, payment and delivery
Submitting an enquiry or membership application is not a purchase and does not authorize a charge. We confirm the plan, eligibility, price and activation arrangements before requesting payment. Digital access is delivered online after payment is confirmed and any stated account verification is completed; any activation timing is communicated before purchase. No physical goods are shipped.
The payment provider, seller of record, currency, applicable taxes and final payable amount must be identified at payment. No payment-provider relationship or approval is implied by these terms. A manually prepared Consulting Pedia invoice is not a payment-provider receipt or evidence of payment.
If a future order is sold through Paddle, Paddle will act as merchant of record for that transaction, subject to the terms shown at its checkout. Paddle's buyer terms and privacy notice will also apply, and Paddle will handle transaction billing and applicable sales taxes. Social Eye remains responsible for operating the platform and providing product support. This clause applies only to an actual Paddle transaction; it does not mean Paddle is currently connected or has approved our business.
4. Annual term, renewal and cancellation
Standard plans cover one year of access. Renewal arrangements must be disclosed before purchase. We will not treat an enquiry as consent to recurring billing. If an order explicitly provides for automatic annual renewal, it must show the renewal price, billing interval and cancellation method before you agree.
You can request cancellation or non-renewal by emailing info@consultingpedia.com with your account email and order reference. If your payment provider offers subscription management, you can also use the link in your receipt. Cancel before the next scheduled renewal to stop the next charge. Unless a refund or earlier termination applies, paid access continues until the end of the paid term. Cancellation alone does not refund an existing charge.
5. Refunds and consumer rights
You may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or a renewal charge by emailing info@consultingpedia.com with your order reference and account email. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy at /refund-policy for the full process. Mandatory consumer rights and any applicable merchant-of-record buyer terms take priority over conflicting provisions in these terms.
6. Accounts and ownership claims
Provide accurate account and billing information, protect your credentials and notify us of unauthorized access. You must have authority to manage a firm or consultant profile or submit a claim on its behalf. We may request evidence and reject unsupported claims. A paid listing does not replace ownership verification or permit impersonation.
7. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, format and distribute it as necessary to operate the platform. You must have the rights and permissions to publish names, logos, images, personal details and other submitted materials. You may request correction or removal by contacting us.
Submitted content must be accurate, lawful and professional. We do not accept content that is misleading, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or that promotes illegal products or services. We may decline or remove submissions that breach these standards, and repeated breaches may lead to account suspension under section 8.
Our original content and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the platform for its intended business and personal purposes, but may not redistribute substantial portions, infringe third-party rights, bypass access controls, scrape personal data unlawfully or disrupt the service.
8. Moderation and suspension
We may moderate or remove unlawful, misleading, infringing or abusive content, and restrict access where reasonably necessary for security or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Suspension does not eliminate statutory refund rights.
9. Directory information and liability
Listings, rankings and editorial content are informational, not professional advice or a guarantee of a firm's performance. Independently verify credentials and commercial terms before engaging any listed party. External job applications and engagements are handled by the relevant third party.
We use reasonable care in providing the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free third-party information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential business losses. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud.
10. Privacy, changes and disputes
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain our handling of personal data and browser storage. Changes to these terms will be posted with an updated date; material changes affecting an active paid plan will be communicated where required and will not remove accrued rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Please contact us first to seek a resolution. Competent courts in Karachi, Pakistan have jurisdiction where legally permitted; this does not restrict any mandatory right to use your local courts.
